Government forests. UK kitchens. Kerala restaurant floors. Three operating systems, built from scratch, maintained after they ship.
One system. Every table.
Coda Xenia
Xenia (ξενία). The ancient Greek law of guest-friendship. Zeus himself was Xenios, protector of host and guest. A stranger welcomed under your roof was sacred under divine law.
The Bridge Restocafe in Ottappalam was spending ₹1.2 lakh a year on menu printing alone. Four reprints every year: water damage, oil stains, staff manually explaining what had sold out. A dedicated waiter took orders at every table. A separate expeditor kept the kitchen from collapsing during rush hour. End-of-shift reconciliation ran 30 to 45 minutes. A POS subscription billed ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 a month.
Coda Xenia was not designed in an office. It was built at The Bridge, by someone who watched these failures happen every week. The QR menu went live first. Updates in 30 seconds, no reprinting, always current. The Kitchen Display System replaced the expeditor. The analytics dashboard ended the manual reconciliation. The loyalty engine remembered every guest.
Approximately ₹4 lakh saved annually, just on operating costs. That is before the revenue that comes from guests who feel remembered.
"I did not set out to build a startup. I set out to fix what I watched fail every week."

A thousand eyes on the boundary.
Coda Argus
Argus Panoptes (Ἄργος Πανόπτης). The all-seeing giant of Greek myth. A hundred eyes, never all closed at once. When Zeus ordered him slain, Hera immortalised his eyes in the tail of the peacock. Argus never blinked. Neither do we.
Wayanad has one of India's most intense human-wildlife conflict zones. The Kerala Forest Department had tried everything: elephant-proof trenches, solar fencing, solar hanging fencing, rail fencing. None of them were 100% effective.
India's first AI-based smart wildlife surveillance fence, the 'Ele-fence', was installed in the Chethalth forest range of south Wayanad, with a second deployment in Kothamangalam, Ernakulam. The Kerala Forest Department's Rapid Response Teams now receive real-time video the moment an elephant moves within 50 to 60 metres of the boundary.
The 70-metre pilot structure uses 6-inch steel girders, 17 feet high, concreted four feet deep. Underneath the hardware: AI trip wires, 4K cameras streaming to control rooms, simultaneous alerts to three authorities. Sound and light warnings for nearby motorists and pedestrians. The boundary has not been breached since commissioning.
"We have experimented with different methodologies such as elephant-proof trenches and walls, solar fencing and solar hanging fencing as well as rail fencing to protect human habitats from wildlife incursion. However none of them were 100% effective."

How it works
- AI Trip Wires: Perimeter detection fires the moment an elephant enters the zone.
- 4K Camera Streams: Real-time RTSP video to forest control rooms and Rapid Response Teams, sent simultaneously.
- Multi-Authority Alert: Nearest RRT, forest office, and central control room all receive live video at the same instant.
- Day / Night / Foggy Modes: Detection adapts to environmental conditions. Runs 24 hours with no gaps.
- Motorist Warnings: Sound and alarm lights alert people near the fence when an animal is detected.
- Offline Node Support: Edge processing continues when connectivity is limited.

Coda Agora
The Agora (Ἀγορά). The beating heart of every ancient Greek city. Not just a marketplace: commerce, democracy, philosophy, and public life, all in one place. Every transaction was part of something larger.
A Malayali family moved from Kerala to Milton Keynes, UK. The curry leaves at the supermarket were dry and brittle. Coriander had no aroma. Coconut oil tasted wrong. They built Zarevia Foods, sourcing from British farms and Indian suppliers, delivering same-day, six days a week.
The problem was not the sourcing. The problem was running it. Managing thousands of products across three daily delivery windows, coordinating DPD and Evri, keeping stock live, processing invoices, handling returns, all manually: a second full-time job. Coda Agora eliminated it.
Today Zarevia operates across the UK on Coda Agora. The platform is not a template and not Shopify. It is a full commerce OS for any B2C merchant who needs payment logic, delivery automation, courier integration, and a mobile-first storefront that can ship as a native app.
